A simple and elegant top in a beautiful shade of turquoise, hand spun from the finest silk and hand woven on a traditional saree loom.
Our silk Top's are cut in two pieces of fabric, front and back, with a bound neck line.
Due to the nature of hand weaving and the shuttling of the silk bobbins on the looms, you will sometimes see faint stripes on the solid dyed garments, as no two hand spun silk threads are the same.
This is inherent to the nature of khadi silk and forms an integral part of the garment's beauty. These lines should not be considered a fault, but proof that the garment is made from genuine hand spun and hand loomed khadi silk.
